Der aufrichtige und erfahrne Pest-Barbierer
Author: Matthäus Gottfried Purmann (1648–1711), surgeon and city physician in Breslau (today the Polish city of Wrocław, in 17 century a fortified trading city under Habsburg rule, part of the Kingdom of Bohemia). The later edition of two books — "Feldscher" and "Pest-Barbierer" bounded together — published in Frankfurt and Leipzig by Michael Rohrlach, bookseller in Liegnitz, 1708.

Condition: Good. Contemporary vellum binding. Dimensions: 16 x 10.2 x 4.6 cm; weight 399 g. Engraved frontispiece. Collation: 31 nn pages + 480 pages + 22 nn pages (Register) + 208 pages of the "Pest Barbierer" bound in at the end.
